what this is
An AI training coach for cyclists, runners, and triathletes with a password-protected app dashboard and coach chat. SMS can also be enabled if you separately opt in. It reads your intervals.icu data, answers questions about your training, and owns a 4–6 week training plan that lives on your intervals.icu calendar. Run as a hobby project by Mingjun Liu for a small group of friends.
by using this service
You agree to these terms and to the privacy notice. If you don't agree, don't onboard.
your responsibilities
Provide accurate information at signup, choose a password you control, and use your own intervals.icu credentials. If you opt into SMS, provide your real US phone number. Don't try to break the service, send automated traffic, impersonate someone else, or otherwise abuse it. You're responsible for your own training decisions; the coach is an assistant, not a replacement for judgment.
medical disclaimer
The coach is not a doctor, not a licensed coach, not a physical therapist. Plans are generated by an LLM with access to your training data, not by a medical professional. If anything hurts in a way that's not normal training fatigue — sharp pain, dizziness, breathing problems, chest tightness, persistent severe pain — stop, rest, and see a doctor.
no warranty, no SLA
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may go down, lose data, generate wrong replies, or shut down entirely with no notice. Don't rely on it for anything critical.
data ownership
You own your training data and your conversation history. We don't sell it, share it beyond the third parties needed to run the service (see privacy), or use it to train AI models. Delete it any time by messaging Mingjun directly. If you opted into SMS, text STOP to unsubscribe from texts.
termination
Either side can end the relationship at any time. You: ask Mingjun to remove you. Us: we may pause or remove access for abuse, or shut down the service. SMS users can text STOP to unsubscribe from texts without losing app access.
changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, the effective date below changes, and we'll notify active users when the change is material. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
